What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is an evidence, science and biomedical based approach providing personalised advice to the individual.  It looks at the body as a whole and corrects any imbalances using food, nutrition and lifestyle changes to restore balance, health and vitality.

Nutritional Therapy involves taking a comprehensive health history, dietary and lifestyle analysis, and where appropriate functional laboratory testing to develop strategies and individualised food and nutrition programmes.

We are all unique with different lifestyles and demands, which can make change easy for some and more difficult for others, therefore recommendations are tailored to each individual person.

Nutritional programmes aim to facilitate practical and positive food and lifestyle choices. These can also include nutritional supplements, based on individual testing and latest evidence-based scientific research.
